Payment Terms & Conditions – Consultancy Services
1. Scope of Services
The services provided are professional consultancy/advisory services, which may include guidance, analysis, strategy, or recommendations tailored to the client’s individual requirements. Due to the personalized and time-based nature of these services, special payment conditions apply.
2. Advance & Full Payment
All consultancy services are offered strictly on a 100% advance payment basis. Full payment must be successfully completed via the PG platform before any session, consultation, or advisory service is scheduled or delivered.
3. Pricing
All fees are clearly disclosed prior to payment. Once payment is completed, the fee is deemed final and binding. Prices may be revised at any time without prior notice; however, revisions will not affect payments already completed.
4. Non-Refundable Payments
All payments made for consultancy services are non-refundable and non-reversible, irrespective of outcome, personal satisfaction, or change of mind.
This is because consultancy services involve:
Allocation of professional time
Use of expertise and experience
Personalized analysis specific to the client
Once the service is delivered, initiated, or scheduled, no refunds, cancellations, or reversals will be permitted.
5. Rescheduling & No-Show
If rescheduling is allowed, it must be requested within the communicated timeframe. Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice shall be treated as a no-show, and the payment will be forfeited in full.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services that have been delivered or accessed. Any dispute raised in violation of these terms will be formally contested with PG, along with supporting documentation, communication records, and proof of service delivery.
7. Taxes & GST
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
GST or other indirect taxes, if applicable under Indian law, shall be charged additionally and borne by the client.
For international clients, any cross-border transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or local taxes are the responsibility of the client.
8. Limitation of Liability
Consultancy services are advisory in nature. No guarantees, warranties, or assurances of specific outcomes are provided. The service provider shall not be liable for any decisions, actions, or results arising from the consultation.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with payment via PG, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and expressly agreed to these Payment Terms, along with the Refund Policy and any related service terms.
